What Wonderfold has to offer you: Medical insurance with 50% company-paid premiums for employee-only coverage Dental and vision insurance options Company-sponsored life insurance Generous paid time off 401(k) with a match up to 3% (after a year of employment) Frequent company-wide lunches and snacks Supportive company culture with opportunity for growth Competitive compensation starting at $18 an hour On an average day, you will: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, ship) Organize multiple shipping labels for both parcel and skid shipments Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store) Assist in container/trailer loading and unloading. Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize warehouse space utilization. Effective handoff of parcel shipments to the appropriate common carrier. Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits. Complete inventory checks as needed and report any discrepancies. Communicate and cooperate well with supervisors and coworkers. Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations. Utilize shipping software and barcode scanners. To qualify for this job, you must have: Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs A keen eye for detail Ability to prioritize when you have overlapping tasks Ability to work calmly under pressure Basic computer literacy with experience using barcode scanners preferred Good organizational and time management skills We’d also love it if you have: High school degree preferred Forklift Experience preferred EEO Statement: Wonderfold is an equal opportunity employer committed to workplace diversity.
