Duties:Conduct successful mediations and trials.Research and analyze complex legal issues.Draft memorandums, briefs, letters, and other legal documents.Market personal and firm services to prospective clients.Perform discovery of electronically stored data and hard copies of information.Conduct due diligence in all matters.Manage a schedule to accommodate consultations and closure of consults.Actively engage in brand expansion through various channels.Seek positive feedback from satisfied clients. Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school.Admission (or eligibility for reciprocal admission) to the Bar in the state. Skills:Proven record of successful mediation and trial experience.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent communication and advocacy skills.Ability to manage a demanding schedule and meet production objectives.Marketing skills to promote personal and firm services.Proficiency in conducting discovery of electronically stored data.Empathetic listening skills for effective client interactions. Experience:5+ years of law practice experience with a book.
