Additional responsibilities include improving the quality, productivity and safety of the machine maintenance work.Sign-On Bonus Available: $1,000-$3,000 dependent on level of experience!ResponsibilitiesMachine Maintenance Technician Duties & Responsibilities * Plan and perform basic machinery repair * Install and align new machining equipment * Recommend improvements and changes for increased quality or efficiency * Perform preventative maintenance per schedule * Work independently on projects of moderate complexity * Accurately record and report hours worked * Support and comply with the company Quality System, ISO, and medical device requirements * Read, understand, and follow work instructions and standard work * Partner with other business segments: sales/marketing, customer service, engineering, quality, and finance * Understand customer needs and the core business markets we serve * Ensure business systems are implemented, maintained, and functioning properly * Participate in required company meetings * Maintain an organized work area (5S) * Participate in the Operational Excellence Program * Complete all other work duties as assigned * Ability to work in a manufacturing environmentQualificationsMachine Maintenance Technician Requirements * High School Diploma or equivalent * Technical training in 3 or more CNC machine types * Three or more years of machine mechanical/electronics experience * Understanding of machining and metrology * Experience in three or more areas - CNC, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatics, metalworkingrms Company BenefitsAs a Cretex Medical company, rms offers a full benefit package to its employees.
