Key Responsibilities: Design and implement microservices-based architecture using Kubernetes for container orchestration Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms for system performance and availability Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and foster continuous learning for junior team members Required Qualifications: 7+ years of software engineering experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field 5+ years of experience in rearchitecting large-scale monolithic applications to cloud-native architectures 3+ years of experience in payment domain and with cloud computing platforms like Azure 2+ years of experience with payment industry standards, protocols, and security best practices
