Sr UX Researcher Responsibilities:Conduct user research to understand the needs, behaviors, and pain points of stakeholders utilizing AI and ChatPT technologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate research findings into actionable insights for user experience improvements. Design and iterate on digital services ensuring they align with user expectations and industry standards. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes to inform the design process and facilitate stakeholder communication. Work closely with developers and product managers to implement user-centric design solutions that enhance AI technologies. Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine and optimize user interfaces and experiences. Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously enhance the project's digital capabilities. Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field. Proven experience in UX research and communicating research findings to Senior-level stakeholdersStrong knowledge of design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with oil and gas industry processes.Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.The target hiring compensation range for this role is $65 to $85/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
