Key Responsibilities: Provide analytical support for compensation projects and global survey submissions Collaborate with HR partners on annual benchmarking and pay decisions Manage compensation program documentation and communication to employees Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience 4+ years of compensation, HR, or People operations experience Command over compensation fundamentals and regulatory reporting Thorough understanding of compensation practices and employee lifecycle Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification preferred
