Baywood Home Care is a private in-home care company that provides nursing home level care within the privacy of our clients' homes. We are IMMEDIATELY hiring Home Health Aides (HHAs) or CNA's for live in (24 hour) shifts located in Mendota Heights, MN. HHA would work a rotation of Thursday morning at 10:00am until Monday morning at 10:00am every other week. Priority will go to HHAs and CNAs that are able to start working immediately! This is not a physically difficult case but patience and consistency is required. HHA Responsibilities Medication Administration Bathing/ Grooming/ Dressing Housekeeping and errands HHA Qualifications Minimum 1 year of HHA or Certified Nursing Assistant experience Valid Driver's License Reliable Transportation/ Up to Date auto insurance CNA or HHA Certification ( DOES NOT need to be up to date) High School Diploma or GED HHA Benefits Health/ Dental Insurance (requires minimum hours per week) Sick Days Flexible Scheduling
