Quality Inspector Location: Chelmsford, MA Job ID: #68173 Pay Range: $28-32 Verified Active Clearance status Candidate hired will not be able to start until a minimum of an interim clearance is obtained, prefer an active clearance from the start. Verified Active Clearance status must be on top of resumeJob Overview: Inspects components, housings, and finished assemblies of electromechanical products for conformance to established work instruction, industry standards, drawings, etc., using low / high power microscopes, test equipment, and hand-held inspection tools. Will enter inspection results into QMS and MRP systems, and work with engineering to report and detail non-conformances.Job Hours: * Hours will be Monday to Thursday 6am-4:30pm. (10 hours per day) Basic Qualifications: * Microscope visual inspection * 3 years inspection experience * ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) training / awareness * High School diploma / GED * Ability to obtain security clearance and must have an interim clearance prior to starting. * Use of inspection hand tools * Ability to follow work instructions * US Citizen * Active Secret Clearance Desired Skills: * Defense Industry * SAP Quality Module * AS9100 * Mil-STD-883 * IPC-610 * J-STD-001 (ACTIVE CERTIFICATION PREFERRED) * Clean Room * FODBenefits provided: * 401K * Medical, dental, and vision * Sick time as applicable to state law Butler America Aerospace, LLC. is proud to provide an equal opportunity workplace and be an affirmative action employer.
