Job Title: Inside Sales Representative : CAG Location: Sylmar, CA What we're looking for: We are looking for a highly motivated customer service professional to join our Customer Experience team. This role is based out of Anthony's, Sylmar office building. Typical weekly schedule will be Monday : Friday from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm. This team member will report directly into the Customer Experience Supervisor. What you'll be responsible for in this role: : Build and maintain relationships with all internal and external clients: Provide excellent customer service to all internal and external clients: Initiate presale tasks as it relates to product knowledge, quoting, and order entry : Follow through post shipment customer experience: Maintain customer pricing and specifications in the customer database: Support sales managers and commissioned representatives with quoting and processing order needs What are the basic qualifications? : High School Diploma or GED with 3 years of customer service or sales experience What are the preferred qualifications? :Associates degree or Bachelors degree preferred To be a great fit for the role: : First and foremost, proven customer service mindset: Focus on details to enhance the customer service experience: Ability to read basic drawings: Values professional working relationships, internally and externally: Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (excel, outlook, word, teams): Previous experience with AS400 and other mainframe systems is a plus: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English: Fluent in Spanish is a plus: Comfortable working through multiple priorities: Must be a team player and ability to work cross:functionally How We Define Our Values and Why You Should Join Our Team: The backbone behind our collection of outstanding businesses is a team of dedicated employees who protect and enhance our valued reputation for quality and delivering what we promise.
