THIS IS A SKILLED POSITION WITH A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED As a Chimney Technician - Hearth Installer you will be performing chimney cleaning and inspections, fireplace and chimney repairs, chimney lining installations, installation of stoves and fireplaces, as well as in the field sales of our products and services that are found to be needed. This position requires a high level of customer service and communication skills, ability to perform on the road sales, and the ability to figure things out and solve problems with materials available to our industry while adhering to code and safety standards. CSIA and/or NFI Certification as well as construction/masonry experience is a big plus, though not required immediately. Vocational experience and/or previous in home service technician experience preferred. We are willing to train the right candidate with the right attitude provided they meet the minimum experience requirement. Great income and career potential! WE ALSO OFFER: Health insurance Paid time off Paid on the job training Becoming a Chimney Technician - Hearth Installer 1 year minimum experience in the hearth and/or chimney industry working with chimney service and/or hearth appliance installations required Motivated team player with ability to problem solve Able to lift 80lbs Valid driver's license w/clean record Able to climb ladders to access and work on roofs of all pitches and heights CSIA and NFI certifications a plus but not required to start but passing both will be required for ongoing employment Ability to safely setup and work job sites including but not limited to all types of staging NH State Gas Fitters license a plus but not required Medical card a plus but not required. Construction Background is a plus! PAY SCALE - $60,000-$85,000/year based on skill level and efficiency This is an employee position operating with complete company insurances and transportation and tools provided by Fire N' Stone. Our work week is Monday through Friday with a start time of 7am. We work only a handful of Saturdays throughout the year if needed to meet deadlines and we never work Sundays or Holidays.
