By doing so, Clean the World helps reduce pollution, save water, and decrease the carbon footprint of thousands of hotel partners globally, while improving the lives of women, children, and communities worldwide by donating the new soap bars to global NGOs, such as The WASH Foundation (an evolution of Clean the World Foundation).With over 8,300 participants in its Global Hospitality Recycling Program , and more than 1.4 million hotel rooms processed daily, Clean the World has already diverted over 26.7 million pounds of waste from landfills and donated over 82 million bars of recycled soap since its inception in 2009. THE ROLE: Drive and elevate sales within the hospitality sector by establishing and cultivating relationships with hotel partners, resorts, cruise ship companies, etc. Actively engage with current and potential hospitality partners to align them with Clean the World's innovative soap and amenity recycling programs. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND YOUR IMPACT: Market Insight and Customer Needs Assessment: Uncover customers' needs and desires through targeted market research. Analyze market trends and identify potential client relationships for Clean the World's cutting-edge recycling programs. Strategic Sales Execution: Collaborate closely with the CTW Brand Ambassador to identify and secure new deals. Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across partner entities, departments, and brands. Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Provide short-term and long-term product sales forecasts, special reports, and analyses for management. Respond promptly to inquiries, questions, and requests from internal teams and partners. Business Development Initiatives: Proactively identify and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners and exploring opportunities. Actively seek and acquire new business opportunities, unveiling potential growth within the hotel and resort industry. Campaign Planning and Implementation: Conceptualize, plan, and execute impactful campaigns, including engaging presentations to large groups. Contribute strategic ideas to planning meetings with clients, ensuring alignment with the overall mission and client delivery. Brand Representation and Networking: Represent Clean the World at business functions and industry events. Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of diverse requests and exploring opportunities to add value. Detail-Oriented Service Delivery: Work with a high level of precision and execution, providing exceptional service, analysis, reporting, and accountability to customers. Contribute to achieving the organization's strategic goals and meeting sales and profitability requirements. Collaboration and Cross-Functional Work: Collaborate seamlessly with colleagues across the CTW network to deliver exceptional standards and quality of service. Effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve and exceed sales objectives. WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Software. Proficiency in Asana for Project Management. Outstanding judgment, flexibility, and superior client service skills. High-level presentation skills and effective management of partner needs via CTW Communications Team. Visionary thinking and a proactive drive to turn vision into reality. Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach to getting the job done. Skillful at working effectively with cross-functional teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Consistent adherence to project deadlines. Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, A proven track record of high-level sales and account management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven work experience in product management, demonstrating successful management throughout the product lifecycle.
