What is the Cook experience? As a Cook at Willamette View, you will manage the day-to-day operational aspects of food production, working as a vital member of a dynamic production team. In this role, you are expected to: Collaborate with a team to execute daily food production according to departmental quality standards. Build relationships with team members and support functional groups through effective feedback and communication. Additionally, meeting attendance, Follow all departmental and established safety rules. Adhere to current federal, state, and local standards, as well as HACCP, sanitation, and food handling protocols, and other applicable guidelines and regulations throughout all areas of your role. Other duties as assigned by the Sous Chef, Executive Chef, and the Food & Beverage Director. What are the job qualifications? Prefer one-year experience in all phases of food production for a high-volume kitchen operation. An associate degree in Culinary Arts or a combination of education and experience is preferred . Must have a Food Handler Certification within 30 days of employment . Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language. Must have basic math skills.
