The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and thrive in a dynamic work environment. They will be responsible for producing high-quality work products, meeting deadlines, and maintaining positive relationships with clients and colleagues.Duties:Effectively communicate, verbally and in writing, with clients, lawyers, business professionals, and third parties.Produce deliverables, answer phone calls, and reply to correspondence efficiently and responsively.Provide timely, accurate, and quality work products.Successfully meet deadlines and expectations and perform work duties as required.Foster positive work relationships.Comply with all firm policies and practices.Engage in both physical and sedentary activity, such as:Working at a computer for extended periods, including on-screen reading and typing.Participating in digital/virtual conference calls.Participating in meetings as needed.Perform all other duties, tasks, or projects as assigned.Requirements:3-6 years of experience with civil litigation in state and federal courts.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Experience conducting and defending depositions, managing a case docket, and appearing in court is preferred.Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Education and Certifications:Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.Admission to the Bar in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.Skills:Civil litigation experience.Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
