The Opportunity: We're on the lookout for a talented Sales Manager to join our growing team. This is not any Sales Manager role; it's an opportunity to work with the best in the industry and shape the future of pool construction. As a Sales Manager at Anthony & Sylvan Pools, you will: Lead your team by hiring, training, and motivating successful Sales Design Consultants Make an impact by increasing market share, sales revenue, and profitability. Our Ideal Candidate: We're not just interested in your qualifications; we want to know what makes you tick. To excel in this role, you should have the following: Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably in-home B to C. 3+ years in sales management role supervising a commissioned-based sales team. 2-4 years of Marketing experience. A "go-getter" attitude and one that thrives on helping others succeed. An innovative mind that can motivate and show excitement for our product. An understanding of the value of communication and CRM. Drive to negotiate, problem solve, analyze data and apply financial skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
