You’ll be supported by an on-site Board Certified Behavior Analyst® (BCBA®) at one of our centers. The new leadership team created the Inspire Horizons in late 2023 to unify clinical and administrative best practices across both organizations. Make a Sustainable Impact through Evidence-Based Therapy : We use creative and play-based teaching methods to shape important life skills such as communication, social interaction, and self-regulation skills. Use the Science of ABA: Maintain accurate electronic records and documentation related to therapy sessions and communication. Take our checkbox challenge! Are you looking to get your certification, minimum 18 years of age, possess a high school diploma or equivalent qualification, or are you already an RBT®? Can you successfully pass a background check and reference checks (anyone who can speak to your awesomeness)? Is your heart filled with empathy and compassion for kids? OR have you heard that you are a natural with kids? Do you have any experience with kiddos with autism spectrum disorder or other neurological, developmentally delayed or medically fragile diagnoses? Can you match the high energy required for this position - whether it's running, sitting, standing, twirling, dancing, and lifting up to 50 pounds? Are you able to commit for the next 6 months of continuous employment with no change in availability? ¿Hablas inglés y español? When it comes to compensation , you'll be in the range of $20-24 per hour, which translates to approximately $3,250 - $4,160 monthly or $39,000 - $50,000 annually if you're working full-time at 40 hours a week. Actual pay rates vary based on many objective factors including skills, certification, years of experience, and specific work location.
