As a Service Clerk, you will be an integral part of a collaborative, inter-disciplinary team focused on delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers. What you'll be doing: Provide office support to the clinical areas with duties related to clerical, reception, scheduling, timekeeping and clinical records functions Process payroll systems and prepare summary reports as requested Interact with patients, staff, visitors and volunteers in the specific patient care environment What we're looking for: Secondary School Diploma Six months' clerical experience in a unionized environment Excellent organizational skills Ability to prioritize Knowledge of ONA and UFCW contracts is an asset Knowledge of Hospital and Service policies Computer skills and experience related to Kronos and Word Network applications experience preferred Keyboarding skills required Evidence of good work and attendance record Commitment to working within Homewood's Health & Safety Standards As part of our commitment to the health and safety of our patients, staff and community from COVID-19, subject to any accommodation required by applicable human rights legislation, Homewood Health Centre requires that all staff have received all required doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Health Canada.
