As a Licensed Clinical Program Manager, you will lead our Counseling and Mental Health Services focused on children and adolescents, ensuring the highest quality clinical care for our community members.The Clinical Program Manager of Clinical Services will champion our mission and values, building effective relationships both inside and outside the organization to inspire others to action. Responsibilities: As a Licensed Clinical Program Manager, you will: Take overall responsibility for the day-to-day supervision of mental health counseling services for adults and children to ensure the delivery of high-quality services. Conduct weekly individual, triad, and group supervision for staff clinicians, graduate interns, and case managers, as required by the relevant licensure board. Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate staff, interns, and volunteers to ensure program success, sustainability, resourcefulness, and ongoing development of services and evidence-based practices to enhance clients' social and emotional well-being. Ensure all program contract requirements are met and maintain regular contact with county contract monitors. Collaborate with the Senior Director of Clinical Services to develop and implement new supportive programs. Effectively communicate with community partners and address client concerns regarding service delivery in coordination with the Senior Director of Clinical Services. Attend supervision, departmental, and agency staff meetings, as well as participate in assigned training. Requirements: California licensure as MFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Psychologist is required.
