As a Shop Supervisor, you will provide site leadership, guidance and administration for Round Rock production, staging, and storing facility. Responsible for production at Round Rock facility Responsible for personnel, organizational structure, and performance at the Round Rock facility Responsible for meeting regulatory requirements at Round Rock facility Responsible for maintenance of Round Rock facility and equipment at the Responsible for the Round Rock facilities budget Expertise in production of fabricated and assembled equipment produced at Round Rock Facility Expertise in QC and safety procedures Expertise in materials control at Round Rock facility Performs all work in accordance with established company procedures Does this sound like you? High School Diploma, Associate Degree preferred Experience in the Water Treatment industry 3-5 years as a s hop s upervisor and management experience 5 years of experience with various aspects of business such as safety, production, marketing, supply, and demand management Experience in metal manufacturing, plumbing, welding Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills Excellent organizational and time management skills Proactive problem solver Ability to make decisions requiring the use of multiple variables in complex non-standard situations Ability to apply principles of logical or scientific thinking to a range of intellectual and practical problems Ability to read, analyze, and interpret complex industry related documents Ability to understand and both read, write and converse in English and at advanced level Must be able to communicate verbally and in writing on a technical Must have demonstrated interpersonal and customer relations skills Don't meet every single requirement?
