Store Manager is a key contributor to the team, collaborating with vendors, suppliers, and parts departments to improve the overall performance and profitability of the business. Responsibilities: Oversee the service department by managing the schedule and ordering parts Review inspection reports from technicians Manage technician time Maintain a line of communication with the customer regarding the progress/status of their vehicle Support staffing decisions Timecard management Shop engagement and camaraderie Role is integral to all aspects of the store business and ideas, thoughts, and suggestions will be heard.
