The ideal candidate must hold an active Florida Bar License and will be responsible for handling a variety of litigation matters. The firm offers a competitive benefits package. Duties:Conduct legal research and analysis on various litigation matters.Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.Prepare for and represent clients in court hearings, depositions, and trials.Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in litigation.Assist senior attorneys in case strategy development and implementation.Manage caseload independently and prioritize tasks effectively.Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to ensure efficient case management.Stay updated on changes in relevant laws, regulations, and court procedures.Work diligently to achieve favorable outcomes for clients and resolve disputes effectively and efficiently. Requirements:Florida Bar License (Required).3-5 years of experience practicing litigation.Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Strong legal research and writing skills.Excellent oral advocacy and courtroom presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.Demonstrated ability to handle a variety of litigation matters effectively.Commitment to providing high-quality legal representation and client service.
