Job Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist is a member of the Care Advantage team, who is under the supervision of the Assistant Controller and performs various duties involved with the accounts payable function . This position adheres to all Federal, State, Local and Company policies and regulations. This position promotes and supports the Company's core values of C ompassion, a positive A ttitude, R espect and E xcellence. Essential Job Responsibilities: Accurately process accounts payable for multiple companies, including entering and coding invoices Process ACH/wire, check, and online payments Work collaboratively with interal departments and vendors to investigate and resolve payment related issues Manage the company credit card program, including issuing new cards, setting new cardholders up in Concur system, and ensuring cardholders have reconciled their card monthly Reconciliation of vendor statements Manage the mail daily Assist in developing, implementing, and improving policies and department controls Assist in month end closing activities, including assisting with the monthly accounts payable accrual Other duties as assigned Requirements: High school diploma or GED required 3+ years experience with Accounts Payable, preferably at a high growth organization Experience working within Microsoft Excel Excellent customer service skills Experience in Microsoft GP Dynamics preferred Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize Demonstrate teamwork and effective work relationships with others Location: 23235, 23112, 23114 Job Posted by ApplicantPro
