YOUR DAY IN MANAGEMENT While working as an Assistant Store Manager, your day begins with a strategic planning session, where you assess priorities and delegate tasks to the team. REQUIREMENTS FOR AN ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of retail experience Ability to work independently as a problem solver Valid driver's license and clean driving record (preferred) Must be able to lift 55 lbs regularly.
