The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support and possess excellent communication skills including communication in the Spanish language. They will be a team player and collaborate well with peers and other departments. The Customer Experience Specialist will be responsible for managing customer interactions and providing support to ensure our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. Manage customer accounts and ensure accurate information is updated and documented. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues. Provide product and service information to customers. Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and make recommendations to management. Ability to explain compensation plan and troubleshoot technical issues with products. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Minimum Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Customer service or customer experience role. (preferably MLM experience) Proficient in the Spanish language. Strong communication skills and ability to handle difficult customer interactions. Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences.
