Capital Regional Pharmacy Services is seeking a skilled and dedicated Pharmacist to join our team. As a Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional pharmaceutical care to our patients and ensuring their safety and well-being.Responsibilities: Dispensing prescription medication accurately and efficiently Reviewing patient medication histories and assessing potential drug interactions Communicating with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the best possible care for patients Educating patients and caregivers about their medications, including dosages, side effects, and potential interactions with other drugs or supplements Assisting in the management of inventory, including ordering, receiving, and storing medications and supplies Performing medication therapy management (MTM) services to ensure medication adherence and optimal therapeutic outcomes Ensuring compliance with all federal and state regulations related to pharmacy practice Providing exceptional customer service to all patients and visitors Advocating for patients and their medication-related needs Requirements: Current licensure as a pharmacist in the state of New York Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree Ability to work effectively as part of a team Strong communication skills and attention to detail Proficiency in computer skills, including experience with pharmacy management software Knowledge of all federal and state regulations related to pharmacy practice At Capital Regional Pharmacy Services, we believe that caring and advocating for our patients is the most important part of our job.
