Requirements:Bar admission in Virginia is mandatory.2-5 years of experience in government/employment litigation.Strong legal writing and research skills.Demonstrated ability to handle cases independently and in collaboration with a legal team.Excellent client service skills with a client-focused approach.Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Education:Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
