AT A GLANCE: Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour DOELocation: Folsom, CAEmployment Type: Full-time WHAT WE OFFER: Health Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance available after 30 days. We cover employee premiums. 401k Matching: match 100% of contributions up to 3%, available after 30 days. Paid Time Off: 10 holidays plus 120 hours of PTO accrued in the first year. Sick Leave: 40 hours after 90 days. WHAT YOU'LL DO: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for addressing client inquiries and issues. Your responsibilities will include listening to client concerns, providing information to resolve inquiries, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You'll need to have 1-5 years' experience in an inbound call center or similar environment. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with our clients. WHAT YOU'LL BRING: 1-5 years' experience in an inbound call center or similar role Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to explain complex information in layman's terms Excellent problem-solving abilities Proficiency in basic computer and internet navigation A drug and background screening is required for this position.
