Overview--What we offer: You will be home--every nightOvertime--availabilityCompetitive starting wage.Medical/Dental/VisionProfessionally maintained, reliable and safe equipmentPalletized product is delivered to a dock or with a lift gateTypical dispatch times are between 4 AM and 5 AMRobust training program to teach you our process from product received to product delivered to our customerThis is a seasonal position that will last approximately through SeptemberResponsibilitiesWhat you will bring:Accurately check invoices as you make deliveriesLoad and unload product from trailer w/electric pallet jackAttention to detail in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentPerform superior customer service as you interact with customers at each deliveryAssist in issuing credit memos and collecting payment for COD customersPromote & maintain a flexible, cooperative, team-oriented & customer-focused attitude with co-workers & other departmentsAll other duties as requested or assignedQualificationsJob Qualifications:Be 23yrs. or olderOne year commercial driving experienceValid Class-- C drivers license and medical cardInterstate qualification, registeredDemonstrated ability to lift/ push/ pull 50 lbs. throughout shiftPer DOT rules, applicant should have the ability to read and understand EnglishSatisfactory driving record.All job offers for this position are contingent upon passing a criminal background check, pre-employment drug screen (includes THC), and company road test.Charlies Produce is the largest privately owned produce wholesalers on the West Coast, with distribution centers in Seattle, Spokane, Portland, Anchorage, Boise, Salt Lake City and Los Angeles.
