Biopharmaceutical company seeks an experienced Analytical Characterization Scientist to develop bioanalytical methods to characterize and test stability of therapeutic proteins, antibodies, and antibody drug conjugates in the early stages of product development. Activities: *** Design and implement experiments for the characterization of therapeutic proteins, antibodies, and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs). *** Support therapeutic antibody and ADC drug product process development and formulation. *** Perform biophysical characterization of proteins utilizing Spectroscopy, Calorimetry, Light Scattering, Analytical Ultracentrifugation, and similar. *** Develop and implement High Performance Liquid Chromatography, Reverse Phage, Size Exclusion Chromatography, Hydrophobic Interaction Chromatography, Capillary Electrophoresis, Capillary Isoelectric Focusing, Glycan Analysis, and similar analytical methods. *** Specify, purchase, install, and maintain analytical equipment. Train personnel on use of equipment and methods. *** Provide technical guidance and develop scientific staff. Experience Sought: *** Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, or similar field. *** Biotechnology or Pharmaceutical laboratory experience. *** Therapeutic peptide, protein, antibody, or biological drug conjugate analytics and characterization.
