The Job Duties: Interpret and construct equipment from blueprints and construction drawings Ability to troubleshoot and correct utilizing the following skills: Hydraulics, Pneumatics, Pumps, Mechanical Maintenance, Motors, Digital Electronics, Print Reading, Control Circuits, Power Supplies, Basic AC/DC Theory, Power Distribution, Test Instruments, Computers and Electrical. Uses established preventative maintenance programs to maintain operating systems. Repairs and replaces defective parts. Adjusts functional parts of devices and control instruments. Repairs electrical instrumentation and control equipment. Boiler operation and ammonia experience a plus. Must complete Maintenance Skills Evaluation. Requirements: Knowledge of all mechanical equipment, installation, maintenance and repair Knowledge of maintenance hand tools and shop equipment. Knowledge of mechanical and electrical technical equipment (ie: micrometers, calipers, metal gauges, metal thickness) Knowledge of oxygen acetylene equipment and welding equipment Ability to assemble, disassemble, overhaul hydraulic pumps, relief valves, regulating valves, filters, lines, actuating cylinders and motors Ability to fit and adjust chain and sprockets for drive units In order to be considered, please submit a detailed resume today!
