Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, PsyD, PhD) We are looking to hire people who share our values and want to make a difference. Does this describe you? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to become our next individual therapist with a specialty in working with children and teens to join our team of healthcare professionals. Responsibilities include providing all services required as a therapist such as conducting intake assessments, facilitating groups (preferred but not required), parent training, treatment and discharge planning, and documentation of client care. Our ideal candidate has 1-3 years of experience working with behavioral health patients and a professional license that is current. We are especially interested in candidates who have interest and/or experience in marketing their services and have worked in private practice before. We are a cash-pay practice and do not accept insurance at this time. Responsibilities: • Provide group and individual therapy to patients and families, using evidence-based approaches• Gain insight into a person's needs and devise a plan of action tailored to their specific situation based on behavior modification needs• Incorporate treatment team input to design plans based on the patients' values, objectives, and health, while ensuring that support structures are easily accessible • Prepare patient documentation and communicate pertinent clinical information to the patient, referring provider, and treatment team• Provide parenting training and parenting support Qualifications: • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical ability as well as outstanding interpersonal and communication skills are needed• A minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a clinical setting working in behavioral health Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 About Company: Finding Hope Wellness Center is a group practice focused on helping children, teens, and families find the support they need to live flourishing lives.
