Carolina Meadows, a premier Continuing Care Retirement Community is looking for an experienced Full Time Housekeeper to provide general houskeeping duties on our campus. In addition to working at one of the Best Places to Work, we offer an extensive benefits package including: 403(b) Retirement Savings 403(b) Retirement Savings Employer Match Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Life insurance Vision insurance Paid Time Off Access to many amenities Duties include: - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas - Empty trash and replace garbage bags - Restock supplies in restrooms and common areas - Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment - Follow proper safety procedures and use appropriate cleaning agents - Respond to customer requests and complaints in a professional manner Skills: - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions - Excellent time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Good physical stamina to handle repetitive tasks and standing for long periods of time - Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive. The employee may be required to perform other related duties as assigned by their supervisor. Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Chapel Hill, NC 27517 before starting work.
