Platinum Global Talent Solutions is delighted to support our client with their requirement for a Field Engineer, where you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring that construction operations adhere to stringent engineering standards, codes, and contractual obligations. Your keen eye for detail and technical expertise overseeing major infrastructure projects will be instrumental in supporting field engineering activities, including material procurement, scheduling, and project oversight. Responsibilities: Collaborate with project teams on a daily basis to review production schedules, ensuring the availability of materials, equipment, and resources necessary to maintain project timelines and budgets. Manage the collection, coordination, and analysis of essential project documents, including shop drawings, design specifications, and material requirements, to uphold quality and compliance with contractual specifications. Provide technical insights for project planning and scheduling, identifying potential risk factors that could impact budget or schedule adherence. Monitor daily production, schedule projections, and budget allocations to accurately track project performance, meticulously documenting activities using approved methods and technologies. Promptly communicate any significant schedule changes to team members and management, offering recommendations for resolution and mitigation. Qualifications: Possess a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field of study. Preferably have at least one year of experience in a related role. Demonstrate familiarity with construction engineering principles and practices. Exhibit a basic understanding of construction equipment, techniques, drawings, specifications, and industry standards relevant to project requirements. Showcase strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to assume responsibility and effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse stakeholders. The salary range for this full-time position is USD $80,000 - $90,000/ year.
