Job SummaryThe Director, FP&A (Financial Planning & Analysis) is a highly visible position that will be involved in all aspects of Finance for the Company and reports to the Vice President of FP&A. The position partners with our Private Equity partners and Lenders while working closely with the CFO. In addition, this position collaborates closely with the Global Controllers organization and the Finance leadership team.Essential Functions * Responsible for month end Board Reporting package, month end Lender Reporting package, and establishing reporting tools to track key metrics for the Finance Organization and Service Line Presidents * Coordinate with both Service Line Presidents and /Finance leadership in development of key operational metrics, and the monthly reporting and analysis of financial results, forecast updates, and risks/opportunities. * Perform complex analyses to enable sound decision-making and identify key business insights through data analysis and delivering synthesized and impactful communications (verbally and in writing) that enable better business decisions and drive value creation. * Drive communications to important stakeholders around key assumptions and timelines for critical enterprise-wide processes (annual budget process, forecast process, etc.) while supporting the Vice President of FP&A * Partner with functional teams to drive process improvement and timely and accurate reporting and analytics. * Prepare monthly KPIs. * Other duties as assigned.Necessary Skills and Abilities * Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills * Comfortable with lender agreements, lender certifications, and lender reporting including the preparation of Adjusted EBITDA. * High degree of proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and experience with planning software tools (ex. Adaptive or others), ERP systems (ex. WorkDay) and BI tools (ex. PowerBI) * Experience with WorkDay/Adaptive a plus * Excellent time management, resource organization and priority establishment skills, and ability to in a fast-paced environment * Excellent written and verbal communication skills (including writing, articulating, listening, and questioning skills), and strong interpersonal skills to communicate across functions and executive/management levels. * Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable analysis that tells a "story" and ability to adjust messages as needed given the audience. * Strong organization and project management skills; ability to juggle multiple concurrent high-priority projects while meeting tight deadlines, being a team player, and seeking continuous improvement of self and job-specific responsibilities. * Connects well with others, demonstrating a high degree of professionalism, candor and respect while acting with integrity and transparency * Ability to navigate, adapt and grow in a fast-paced environment * Demonstrated aptitude and success in financial modeling and analysis.Educational Requirements: * MBA preferred.Experience Requirements: * 5-7 years' experience in a corporate finance/FP&A
