Practice Area: Finance - General, Job Type: Attorney, Firm Type: Law Firm, Experience: 3 Years, A law firm in Charlotte is seeking an Equipment Finance/Transactional Attorney with significant transactional experience, particularly in equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions. The ideal candidate should demonstrate excellent academic performance and strong interpersonal skills. Duties:Provide legal counsel and transactional support in equipment finance, general finance, and corporate transactions.Draft, review, and negotiate various transactional documents, including loan agreements, security agreements, and lease agreements.Conduct legal research and provide analysis on relevant laws and regulations.Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external parties to facilitate transactions and ensure compliance with legal requirements.Handle due diligence processes and assist in structuring transactions. Requirements:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina.Preferably, 3+ years of transactional experience, with a focus on equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions.Strong understanding of commercial law principles and contract drafting.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Education:Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications:Active license to practice law in the state of North Carolina. Skills:Significant transactional experience, particularly in equipment finance, general finance, or corporate transactions.Excellent academic performance.Strong interpersonal skills.Proficiency in drafting and negotiating transactional documents.Legal research and analysis skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively.
