We are seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Property Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and upkeep of our properties. This role requires a hands-on approach to address maintenance issues promptly and effectively, contributing to the overall satisfaction of tenants and the preservation of property value. Responsibilities:• Reliable and hardworking• Ability to safely use common power and hand tools• Experience installing and replacing minor plumbing systems• Strong communication skills with property management and resident• Self-starter with good time management skills• Ability to work with little supervision• Must have your own equipment and tools• Maintained a Drivers License for a minimum of 3 years• A High School Diploma or GED is preferred Qualifications:Experience in General Contractors/In-House Resident Care Tech type repairs to include some or all of the following:• Minor Plumbing• Minor Electrical• Repairs• Painting• Flooring• Lighting/Plumbing fixture repairs and replacement• Site clean up Compensation: $15 - $20 hourly About Company: We are hardworking and committed to your career.
