We are seeking motivated, mature, and responsible members to join our growing turf team. Responsibilities:Lawn care experience is preferred. As a lawn care professional, you will be responsible for servicing customers’ lawns by:• Applying fertilizer• Treating weeds• Aerations and over-seeding As a team member, you are expected to maintain the highest level of customer service! Additionally, a willingness to cross-train in marketing and other services that we offer when needed. Qualifications:• Minimum of High School Diploma/ GED• Valid Driver's License with a driving record in good standing• NC Applicators License (Public Health, Lawn & Ornamental, Etc.)• Professional Appearance when talking to customers• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds throughout the working day• Able and willing to work in various weather conditions• Candidates with a background in turf management, horticulture, and pest control are strongly encouraged to apply Compensation: $40,000 yearly About Company: Heroes Lawn Care offers professional-grade services for your home or business from fertilization to irrigation as well as pet waste removal.
