Monitor production processes to maintain consistent output and product quality. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve any operational issues. Adhere to shift schedules and availability for both regular shifts and periodic overtime. Requirements: No prior experience necessary; training will be provided. Must be 18 years of age or older. Open availability for various shifts, including the 2nd and 3rd shift differentials. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Physical capability to perform tasks that involve standing, lifting, and repetitive motion. High School Diploma or equivalent required Benefits: Starting wage of $19.35 per hour. Shift differentials of $0.75 per hour for 2nd shift and $1.00 per hour for 3rd shift.
