About Our Opportunity In this role you will join the Operational and Service Excellence (O&SE) team, within the Corporate Innovation Portfolio. The team leads the O&SE deployment across the Province. The team partners with business areas in identifying their business pain points and resolving the pains by implementing business process improvements initiatives. Primary Accountabilities Some of the primary accountabilities in this role include: Manage, develop, and find improvements to the O&SE Share Point site. Assist in the development of O&SE programs and services, roll outs, and evaluations. Assist in creating, managing, and facilitating training offerings and simulations for business areas' stakeholders. Coordinate the implementation of various programs and services.
