Join a team recognized for leadership, innovation and diversityAs the Senior Director of Global Planning, you are responsible for leading activities related to the demand planning, production planning, inventory control, material planning, within Honeywell Energy and Sustainable Solutions (ESS).-- You will have significant authority in Strategic Planning, work cross-functionally to achieve organizational objectives and drive functional excellence and continuous improvement. You are accountable for and lead multiple, highly complex global projects. You will continuously improve planning processes to drive better business results, build a world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by hiring the right people, developing, coaching, and retaining top talent, and ensure the SIOP/S&OP/IBP processes are delivering at world-class levels to maximize revenue, reduce costs & inventory, and achieve top tier delivery performance for our customers. You will report directly to our Vice President ESS CX/Planning/Logistics and can work from of our Morris Plaines, Charlotte, Baton Rouge locations on a Hybrid work schedule. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Liaison between Honeywell corporate planning function and the ESS business. Needs to easily be able to interpret messages into actionable items. Develop and optimize planning processes and facilitate the ESS 5 Step SIOP/S&OP/IBP processWorks closely with cross functional groups to understand demand, supply, and material requirement plansEstablish maturity standards to ensure delivery of inventory targets, PFEP, and reduction of aged inventoryHoneywell believes in developing its employees to take larger roles.
