AGRILAND FS is looking for a team-focused, self-starting Software Support Specialist to provide software support to internal users while actively supporting projects involving the IT Team. Core responsibilities: Ability to understand and troubleshoot business software applications Utilizes Helpdesk software to track incoming support calls and provide support to end users Communicates with other departments to report and resolve software, hardware, and operations problems Installs and tests software upgrades Provides initial and on-going training to users (and team members) on software programs, such as Agvance, Microsoft 365, Jamf, Symantec Endpoint Protection (SEP) Establishes and maintains network users, user environment, directories, and security on platforms such as SAR's, HAS, Microsoft Outlook eSupply, eResource and SharePoint Confirms appropriate billing from vendors for licensing What we need from you: Associate degree in Information Technology or information systems and/or 2-4 years of work-related experience Experience in supporting IOS devises in a business environment Strong communication skills with excellent internal customer service experience Strong planning, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Willingness to work outside of normal hours when necessary Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with the ability to travel independently and overnight if necessary What we offer our team: Casual office environment Onsite team with a collaborative work style Paid time off, sick pay, and paid holidays Competitive benefits including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, and more Solid retirement future with a 100% company-funded Pension Plan at no cost to you, plus an additional 401k with company match Excellent training and career development opportunities Are you a good match to join the AGRILAND FS Team as an IT Software Support Specialist in Winterset?
