You will be responsible for consulting with and guiding our clients through the entire home buying process. From contacting pre-qualified leads to showing homes to the negotiation process and final sale, you will be the buyer's point of contact and ensure they have a positive experience. Responsibilities: --- Make sure buyers clients go through a seamless home purchasing process including helping buyers choose mortgage options that fit their budget --- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up, facilitating communication, and adding them to the sales pipeline --- Make sure every buyer or potential buyer has a great experience with us to convert leads or generate repeat business --- Manage facilitation of required documentation for purposes of legal property transactions and ensure a smooth close --- Help buyers find their ideal home and negotiate a successful property purchase through consistent follow-through, clear communication, and exceptional customer service Qualifications: --- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills --- Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car --- High school diploma or GED required --- Over 1 year of buyer's agent or relevant experience --- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market and recent trends in the industry About Company: We are a community of excellent agents who are the most trusted in East Tennessee.
