The Construction Superintendent coordinates site activities including trade and field personel in order to complete commercial and multifamily projects on time and within budget. They are in charge of maintaining quality and safety practices. Client DetailsOur client is a Grand Junction based General Contractor with a nationwide presence. They are a culture focused company and believe in innovation and and open door policies.DescriptionKey Responsibilities Run/manage commercial and multifamily construction project from start to finish Direct subcontractors to achieve project on schedule and within budget Maintain quality and safety standards Mentor and manage team members Conduct weekly foreman and safety meetings Create and maintain partnerships with customers, contractors, and suppliers Develop site utilization and logistic plans Demonstrate a leader's positive attitude and professionalismProfileThe Successful Construction Superintendent: Ground up commercial construction experience 3+ years of experience in the construction industry as a commercial construction superintendent Strong knowledge in computer construction and scheduling software Ability to travel for out of state assignments. This is a Grand Junction based opportunity but some travel may be necessary.Job OfferCompetitive salary & bonus opportunity based on experience Competitive Base Salary ($85,000-125,000K dependent on experience) Paid time off accrual Health, Dental, Vision, Life insurance.
