Revenue Manager - Trendy European Accommodation Brand Salary: Up to £55,000 + Bonus Location: London HQ no hybrid working Working within the Commercial Team, this role will be responsible for maximising revenues and profits by optimising rates and occupancy levels. The role will identify and deliver incremental revenue opportunities, incentivise repeat and extended stays, utilise promotional activities to maximise performance and improve each property yield performance by optimising to its core customers. Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue, this position is working full-time, 5 days per week in the office. Responsibilities: Oversee revenue management and distribution strategy of the group and manage day to day yield. Monitor and review rates to ensure the appropriate rate is offered, maintaining a balance between both occupancy and rate whilst maximising sales at every opportunity to ensure best yield available. Create a pricing strategy that takes account of the individuality of each property. Identify and recognise new revenue opportunities, including third parties.
