Responsibilities:• As an Outside Appointment Setter, you will help us schedule appointments with homeowners for solar• Master lead generation firsthand• Build rapport with potential homeowners to schedule quality appointments• Be capable of handling customer rejection and swaying opinions• Qualify ( Door-To-Door ) and schedule in-home appointments for our sales team• Work efficiently as a team member There is a high potential to be promoted from within . We offer consistent support and training. Qualifications:• Sales experience is preferred but not required• Go-getter mentality that isn't afraid to learn by doing• Always looking to improve and strengthen your skills• Cellphone required• Must have an unlimited drive to succeed, charisma, and a positive attitude• Strong verbal communication skills and professional demeanor• Capable of working outdoors and on your feet daily• Money motivated Compensation: $60,000 - $90,000 yearly About Company: We started in 2018.
