VACO Atlanta has partnered with one of our clients in Duluth, GA, to assist with hiring a Benefits Analyst. This is a permanent, direct hire position with 100% onsite requirements with hybrid potential. The Benefits Analyst is integral to ensuring financial reporting accuracy, conducting insightful analysis, maintaining data integrity, ensuring compliance, and spearheading related projects. Responsibilities: Create and present monthly executive reports.Manage monthly invoices.Analyze and summarize data and trends.Coordinate data transmission to third-party vendors.Stay informed about industry trends and regulations.Collaborate with various departments.Review and reconcile annual reports.Ensure compliance with ACA regulations.Conduct User Acceptance Testing for system updates.
