Here are some key accountabilities of the role: This position will be responsible for conducting financial and business analysis on an assigned set of projects and initiatives, as well as building customized reporting and data models to support business decision making. Develop understanding of business KPIs to present business insights and financial decisions. Work cross-functionally supporting Manager with ad-hoc financial analysis and modelling that is consistent with TJX methodology. Create, maintain, and distribute reports to senior management that provide a clear understanding of business performance and KPIs. Partner with other members of the Finance team to ensure consistency and integrity of financial data and processes. Collaborate with the BP&A team and Business Partners to create and identify new areas of potential business analysis. Conducts financial analysis on business strategies and tactics. Coordinates activities to ensure strong financial data governance across TJXC, ensuring accuracy of all reporting.
