We are looking for an experienced HR Analyst to join the Human Resources team at Stannah. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months covering maternity leave. This is a great opportunity to work for a manufacturing company that is undergoing a great period of transformation. As part of this we are reviewing a new HRIS (HR system) that the HR Analyst will act as a Global Process Owner for implementation. The HR Analyst is responsible for developing insights and leading the analysis of HR data. This will support the HR Team and Business Units to provide regular data on key trends. We are looking for an individual with a proactive, analytical mind, ideally from an HR background. The role offers a hybrid working approach, working from home and in the office to suit the business needs. The successful candidate will be confident working with data from multiple sources. The role involves manipulating and producing bespoke reports as required. Day-to-day stakeholder relationship management is essential to the role. The HR Analyst will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills. A commercially astute and flexible approach will be key to success in the role. As the HR Analyst, it is essential to have knowledge and experience of BI reporting tools and Looker. Key Responsibilities: Work closely with the HR team, to collect and analyse data to help support case management activities Support Group HR Director with creating and owning monthly HR/KPI Metrics Support the Talent Acquisition team with Equality & Diversity Reporting Analyse recruitment market data from the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and job board channels Report on Early Careers data for Apprentices and Trainees Support the Training, Learning and Development team with Compliance Training reporting Support the HR team with employee survey data Support HR and business activities including Gender Pay Gap Reporting, Success Planning, Employee Turnover and Reward analytics.
