Senior Quality Engineer Bilston, West Midlands GBP 50,000 As a Senior Quality Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving our organizations quality management system, ensuring compliance with ISO9001 standards. Your primary responsibility will be to address non: conformances and develop effective corrective actions using 8D methodology. You will actively engage with customers and internal stakeholders to address quality concerns and drive customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: : Develop, implement, and maintain ISO9001 compliant quality management system : Manage and resolve non: conformances using 8D methodology : Conduct root: cause analysis and implement effective corrective actions : Work closely with cross: functional teams to ensure quality standards are met : Train and mentor junior quality engineers in quality control procedures : Liaise with customers to address quality concerns and provide timely resolutions : Lead internal and external audits to ensure compliance with ISO9001 standards : Continuously identify areas for improvement and drive process optimizations : Stay up: to: date with industry trends and advancements in quality engineering practices Required Skills and Qualifications: : Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably in a customer: facing role : Strong knowledge and experience with ISO9001 quality management system : Proficient in using 8D methodology to address non: conformances : Excellent problem: solving skills with a keen eye for detail : Proven track record of building effective cross: functional relationships : Strong verbal and written communication skills : Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively : Certification in Quality Engineering or related disciplines is a plus Interested?
