Location: Birmingham Area Contract type: Full-time/part-time Hours: Job share up to 40 hours per week to include 2 Earlies, 2 Middle & 1 Late shift, Including Weekend working Salary: £28,000 p/a pro rata for part-time, plus the potential to earn a bonus of up to £7,800, plus an excellent benefits package. Shift Pattern: Shifts of 2 Earlies, 2 Middle & 1 Late shift, Including Weekend working Closing date for applications: 22nd September, 2023UK driving license preferred as travel to other store etc. We have an exciting opportunity for a SPAR Store Manager who is motivated, friendly, hands-on, and passionate about their store offering excellent service and standards to our customers. Reporting directly to the Area Manager, you will deliver maximum sales and profit through the continuous improvement of the store and staff, whilst delivering great Key Performance Indicator (KPI) results.
