Requirements: : Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. : Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred but not essential. : Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively. : Detail: oriented with a focus on delivering quality results. : Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. : Good knowledge of ERP software highly desirable Salary: The salary for this role is up to GBP 26,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
